Thousands of Haitians dance and chant as they make their way down the streets of Port-au-Prince Sunday Feb. 14, 2010. On a weekend when, during any other year, Carnival would have begun in earnest, Haitians observed a weekend of mourning and prayer, one month after a magnitude 7 earthquake struck the country.
