The film juxtaposes the following: images of war planes performing stunts at Ottawa's Air/War Show; images of these same types of war planes--and their destructive impact--during the 1991 Iraq war; Iraqi children's original artwork--depicting war planes--that was displayed by COAT inside the Ottawa war show; interviews with children and youth at the Ottawa war show who were enamoured by the performance of war planes; interviews with Iraqi victims who were victimized by the "performance" of these war planes during the war.
