Our military says that using “precision munitions” in these will lead to:

“less collateral damage, which is important when operating in high-density civilian populations.”

Can you imagine firing these at targets:

“in high-density civilian populations”?

LESS damage?

Well maybe, but is this how to win the hearts and minds of innocent people, I mean, “collaterals.”
