As usual, the largest recipient -- by far -- of Canadian military exports is the United States. It received 70% (i.e., $4 billion worth) of Canada's military exports between 2003 and 2005.  These are minimum numbers as reported by DFAIT. Incomplete figures with loopholes big enough to drive tanks and warplanes through.
 
At City Hall, on June 2, CADSI’s Tim Page gave an estimate of 80% for canada’s military exports to the US.
