"Any thinking person with historical memory will find this goldmine of documentation excavated and organised by Canada’s long leading peace researcher, Richard Sanders, an invaluable resource into the present.

"Cold War Canada is a uniquely encyclopedic record of profascist Canadian policies since Mackenzie King’s praise of Adolph Hitler. Sanders' research examines historical patterns from Lester Pearson’s enthusiastic support for the Vietnam invasion and his enlisting of the CBC in Cold War battles to destroy the USSR, to today’s media-adored Chrystia Freeland who is leading Canada to toady for the same US-lies and war-mongering propaganda in Ukraine and Venezuela.

"What is perhaps most valuable is Sanders’ documented tracking of the government’s leading support for Canada’s East European émigré organizations – from which Freeland comes – whose ethnonationalist founders and heroes include Nazi SS veterans, Holocaust perpetrators, CIA assets, and fascist extremism and anti-communism over 85 years."
