So, in short, for
many years Canada’s war industries, armed forces and government departments
and agencies have been deeply involved in the Creation, Design,
Research, Development,
Testing, Maintenance, Operation
and Deployment of various “missile defense” weapons
systems.
The biggest obstacle I have faced in trying to disseminate this
research is the feel-good
myth that Canada said “NO” to BMD.
