This company -- owned by Northrop Grumman, the world’s fourth-largest BMD contractor – makes hardware used by weapons designers to develop targeting systems for BMD warheads.

It owes its existence to Canadian government contracts in the mid-1980s. The government then transferred publicly-funded patents and licensing agreements.
