Here’s a quote from General Horner who has, among other things, commanded NORAD.

As early as 1994, in their Bottom up Review, the Pentagon “prioritized” different aspects of BMD and put TMD at the top. Congress concurred and pledged many billions.

The most offensive thing about BMD is TMD.

And, although Canada’s NORAD connection to BMD is the best known, it’s actually the least problematic for anti-war activists.

NORAD doesn’t invade, overthrow and occupy other countries, that’s a NATO thing.
