Here to my chagrin, as a long-time NDPer, is the party’s response to the government's meaningless "no" to BMD.

It was released on the very day of the government’s phoney “no."

It is still on the party's website and it remains the party line on what happened.

 

The NDP fell into this trap because they had wrongly assumed all along that Canada wasn’t already involved in BMD.

And, they did not wait to confirm whether the government's "no" had any real, concrete substance.
